Wow huge pot. Takes a lot of guts to make that turn bluff

bc we were playing so deep i was only 3betting like 5% of my hands, so AAxx, in his mind, is a huge part of my hand range here... it seemed like the only option on the turn truth be told.
Plus, when he shoves i have wrap outs, so i'm not dead.

When you were talking about 'no beer but red wine in moderation is good' it seemed like a page right out of 4-hour Body.

In risk of missing the joke i will answer it seriously: No I don't think so, the title is based on the author's previous book 4-hour Work Week. There is a chapter in the book that recommends a HIIT-style workout of 4 hours max per month I believe.
