edit: I really gotta pay more attention to the board etc. reading posts. Anyway, I think you get looked up by some worse hands. I've seen some people play 99 & 88 this way and there are also worse tens, and maybe some A high hands? ( AQ, AJ)

I'd probably cap the flop just because the board is so drawy.
On the river I see merits to check/calling because there are so many draws that missed that he might take a shot with. But checking also (probably) misses value from A highs and pocket pairs < TT. I don't know, it's probably pretty close.
