Have you considered creating your own?
I think you will learn more if you do: It's an opportunity to reinforce what you've heard/seen.
Like iryoku, I created my own chart. It has evolved through 5 versions as I've watched other videos and read books on LHE.
To be honest, after 18 months of play, the (now laminated
) chart is more of a safety blanket than an essential part of my game. I like to have the chart in front of me when I fire up the poker client, but I rarely look at it.

It would still be cool to upload it somewhere. I have them all actually written on paper (as I took notes) but if someone made a nice .xls or whatever I would still love to have it.
I know this one isn't from the price is right but it's an older entity blog where he gives some preflop guidelines and then includes a more advanced .xls chart for download
