With no read this seems like a pretty easy fold. Our draw is super weak and we're OOP with 7 high. Our pair outs, if we have any, could also be tainted by either flush draw if he's semi-bluffing.
The bad part about three-bet bluffing is it looks like we'd be priced in to call a cap. I guess a good read could change things but as a default I would fold and move on.

I dunno, I think it's actually a pretty good spot for 3!. Having to call a cap isn't that bad, he's got few hands that are capping anyhow, and we've still got equity against all of them.
I definitely would like to have a sense of how he's playing. Not like you need a note that says "can raise fold turn" but just that he's not a massive sd monkey or that he's not only raising monsters on the turn.

Interesting, I would have folded without a second thought. I understand it might be possible to get BB to fold by the river if they are raising with a flush draw. What would worry me here is that BB has a very wide range, having just called a SB raise. Its quite possible BB has a made hand and is unlikely to fold it unless say an ace or something comes on the river. A read would help of course.

But this is actually quite helpful, you see?

I can get on board this train if we have some idea of how he plays. Barring any reads though it seems kind of spewish vs. an unknown. I'm willing to be shown the light though.

With such a wet board texture villain is rarely going to have air in his/her range, which is really the only range that folds the turn. The fold equity we generate by 3 betting the turn combined with our actual equity is not enough to make this break even or profitable IMO. The bottom of villains range is ahead of us, and the top will cap or bluff catch.
As played I would 3 barrel facing no resistance and fold the turn to a raise.
