Btn is and i know each other. he is good. 28/22 15% 3-Bet over 1.1k
Sb 50/6 over 50
BB 53/30 over 80
Even though Btn probably bets this turn almost always, i still really really dont want to see it checked through. Is a c/r still going to net a higher ev? if we did check, would you fold if it came back around for 2 bets cold?
Im not at all concerned about balance when 2 fish are still in the pot. is this a mistake?

I don't think I would bet this flop. This board is pretty awful for our hand and our relative position to the 3-bettor isn't great (if we bet, btn raises, & SB & BB fold, were not very happy about the situation.) It turns our hand basically face up as AK/AQ when we check, but as you said, we don't really need to worry too much about balance with the 2 fish in the pot.
As played, I would probably donk the turn. I don't agree villain is going to bet this turn 100%. I think he should be checking hands like TT-QQ, A9, etc if he doesn't have a heart. If he really is betting this turn close to 100%, I would C/R.
Its a tough spot if either of the fish pops the turn, but I'd need more of a read before I fold this hand facing 2 on the turn.
