Hey all

villian is a 47/35/32.8/2 over 223 hands (vpip/pfr/3b/Agg) with a 4bet range of 14.2%
I havent seen him cap this session but have seen some spazzy raises. My 3B was an effort to isolate this player while in position
Would other have called the flop? I think that I should have given up on the flop, if not flop definatly the turn. If I was folding this turn I would call any T or lower.

I'd play the whole hand the same way. Against an opponent we thought was sane, folding the river could be ok (he's almost always valuebetting here).

Agree, river I think is the spot you could consider folding. Don't fold on the flop or turn. Put your hand into pokerstove against what you think his range is on the flop and turn and you'll see you have an easy call in both cases.

Understand that it is okay to call flop and turn, but what does the community think is CO's preflop range for the 4bet?

I think you're ahead of 77, 99, and T9 by the river, and losing to everything else

OP says his 4-bet stat is 14ish% so far. This sample is far to small to for this stat to have properly converge, but I'd say its still meaningful. I think its reasonable to assume its probably somewhere between 10-20%, with the rare case its much higher and he's really spazzy.

I would also assume its probably the top x% of hands he opens as well. For example, I wouldn't expect his range to be premiums and then a ton of weak suited connectors.
