I play it the same. Villain is basically an unknown other than the fact he seems to be loose and aggressive so far. I've seen 6x and hands like KQo in this spot before.
I think folding this hand preflop is fine.

is this not a value raise on flop or turn? seems like we should be ahead pretty often and want to charge the draws.
I think we're pretty happy to just let the draws barrel off. We don't really make any more by raising the turn if we assume they will bluff most rivers.
Also, it really sucks to get 3-bet at any point.

Fold pre, why raise off suit trash hands into a 65/35?
not to mention ---------> 7.5 tot agg.
why play a hand like 78o when u are facing a villian so agressive, im not a limit player but after the river and 3rd barrel i think your done here, as played i fold river

Guys, stop putting so much faith in these numbers - it's only 17 hands. They're effectively meaningless. mathfreak, this definitely goes for you as well. I'd fold this hand preflop but more because it's high rake than because I'm concerned about the stats of BB - if they were true stats, then I'd definitely fold.
As played, calling down is fine, just take a note and move on.

All the more reason to be cautious about these very marginal spots. If he's a nit then opening this hand might be good, but the clues we have give us no reason to assume this, and even though it's 17 hands, we shouldn't assume he's the opposite of his stats.

no, opens us up to a 3bet, might make him fold his air which he would barrel, etc
