Both villains are Laggy-ish regulars, running around 34/24 preflop. I expect both to just cap their strongest stuff preflop. I found myself lost here. I haven't seen BB donk in this spot before or ever really. I think his range is probably something like some TP & 2nP hands trying to put UTG in an awkward spot, some draws like T9, and maybe a monster hoping to bet/3-bet? I'm pretty sure UTG would just fast play any hand that is ahead of me on the flop.
When BB bets this turn I think his range now skews more towards draws and 2 pair+, UTG something like A7-AT, QT/KT/KQ.
Do you play any street differently?

I think BB has a draw/ 2pair after the PF call and flop donk. I'm not sure about the UTG river bet.
I cnat decide weather or not to call the river bet. I have trouble playing mid PP if they don't hit. With overs on the board. But I guess if we call the turn we have to call any river under card to our pair or any card that doesn't complete a draw

I can't tell how results oriented thinking I'm/we're being putting BB on a draw (given his river check). Oh, keep in mind he might have mis-clicked at some point in the hand?
I fold the turn for sure, I don't see how bb is betting worse into two opponents given utg opened and you 3bet, or what utg is calling with that is worse than 99 (but I suppose he could peel gutshots here given how strangely bb is playing). River? I don't think utg is turning KQ/QT into a bluff, so I'd fold.
I think if bb folds this hand I'd probably take a note and raise this spot on the flop next time. No?
