Joined this site yesterday hoping to improve my poker skills and knowledge, but dont know where to start or which videos to start first, I started playing few years back in the pub and it has remained a social night still, would now like to take it more serious, have read some books about MTT and SnG's.

No worries, all of Krantz high stakes videos are very entertaining, but i've noticed more improvement to my play from watching micro videos. High stakes "moves" can be easily misapplied, so I would focus more on the thought process behind them.
