I have a choice of a few but not really sure which one to choose?
I can play any of these sites and I am currently living in Korea so it is GMT +8 or EST +13 if this makes any difference or can I get games at any time on all of these?
I currently play on Stars but thought I'd have a go with the free bankroll.
William Hill - Hopefully lots of people who don't usually play poker but fancy a gamble?
Dafa Poker - Not heard of these but on the IPoker network.
Ladbrokes poker - Potentially similar to William Hill?
Titan Poker- Heard of them but no nothing about them.
Everest Poker and Poker 770 ???

William Hill, Titan Poker, Poker 770 - all of these are a part of the iPoker network, so I guess they all share their collective player pool. Titan was the main room of this network for a long time and probably still is, but William is just behind it. You can get a good deal on WH, so it would be a very good choice.
Ladbrokes - 2nd main room of Microgaming network, also known as Prima (1st is Unibet). Safe and reliable. Prima's software is imo one of the best in online poker, only PokerStars have better. Problem with Prima is: I played there for 2 years and I am not sure if this software is fully legit in terms of variance, but that's just my feelings after about 400k hands. Next of their rooms, 5050 Poker, has just left the network (not sure if they are broke or breached the networks policy).
Everest Poker - the lowest traffic after they separated all the French players (EverestPoker.fr has a higher traffic than EverestPoker.com lol). The worst software or close to the bottom of the list. Rakeback actually doesn't exist (5% doesn't deserve to be called rakeback and on micro stakes you're not capable of reaching anything more beyond that). These drawbacks create also an advantage of this room - a pretty low skill level of competition.
To sum up: looks like you are a micro stakes players ($50 deposit
). Soft competition isn't that important, because you can find fish everywhere on micros. Given the fact you pay a lot of rake on micros, absolutely the most important factor is rakeback. So I definitely recommend you getting a deal on one of the iPoker Network's rooms.
Without such deal Prima could be temporarily a better choice (30% flat RB).

StackHunter: You forgot to include Dafa Poker in the list of sites that are on the ipoker network. Personally of the 3 options, playing on Microgaming network with Ladbrokes, playing on one of the many skins you have suggested on ipoker or Everest Poker. It's quite tough because ipoker seems to have more tables at the lower limits but isn't as soft as Ladbrokes. For you op I probably would choose Ladbrokes.

Cheers.
I am a micro stakes player ($200 on Pokerstars up from $100) but this is an offer from pokerstrategy.com which I thought I would use as a free bankroll.
Definitely gonna go for Ladbrokes or William Hill now depending on what they can offer on top of the free $50 (rakeback %).
Thanks again for the advice.
