Guys i have been running thru some brutal down swings for the last few hours ( 4.6k of hands), causing my winrate to drop from around 5 to 2.4.
Any advises to deal with it?
Feeling like shit now after dropping 9 bi.

Unless you know you can play through it, step away from poker for a day or so to clear your head.
ever hear of a stop loss? If you're used to taking a 9BI hit and trucking along with no drop off due to ANY forms of tilt (even if you're level headed) then fine. I would imagine if you're upset by it enough to post "how to deal with it" type of posts, then you should be quitting instead of trying to play through it at this point. Take a step back, reflect on what happened... was it due to just variance? did you make some key mistakes? did you allow your frustration to cloud your judgement (in other words, did variance start influencing your decision making in any way) etc etc.
Once you've taken that step back and reflected, start to figure out 1. what reactions caused what decisions 2. what caused the reactions 3. write these two down and be wary moving forward 4. come up with some strategies on how to make sure those weak decisions don't recur. Another way to look at this is to view it as something that's a weakness in your game, what are the weaknesses and how do you plan on patching them up as you move forward.
^^Great post^^

Great post. I would also add one more thing that someone on here had said in another similar thread. Sometimes you have to play through it. That doesn't mean just trudging on through runbad or tilty play. Like stueyskid said do some review, Put some goals out for your play based on the review (not monetary goals) and start playing worrying only about the process and not winning or losing. It is hard but sometimes it is simply best to ignore results, especially when you have been losing because you will always want to go into "get it back" mode which will kill you.
If you set the goals, focus on that process and play evenually you will go on a nice heater and get your confidence back.
I went through it the last week or so, and then I just put my head down and played. I stopped looking at results. I actually didn't even check stats or anything for like 5000 hands after a huge (for me) losing run, eventually I just started getting comfy and could laugh off a bad beat, I wasn't making the same mistakes I was earlier, I just put my head down and played to the goals. Eventually things start clicking and slowing down again and the game comes back to you.
It is funny, with me I eventually had to stop looking at my pt3 stats all together, only keeping it running for the hud info. It was the only way I could stop result-oriented tilt from setting in.
Thank you so much for those great ideas guys!!!
So i blocked myself on stars for 12 hours and play lower stakes, everything is going normal again =D
