you take someones money and tell them in 2 or 3 days they can have it back. then when people want their money NOW all of a sudden its gonna take 6 weeks or more if they even decide to send it period thats shady as fuck and you wonder why the FBI seized all the "legit" sites haha they were the worst offenders. the others deserve to be seized and their "CEOs" arrested like the others.

You have no idea about what your talking about do you? I'm done with this thread it is tilting me. I understand you are annoyed because you cant access your own money when you want to but please understand you will get every last cent of it when they finish processing the withdrawel request. Although im seriously beginning to hope they dont give it you back.

you guys are lucky enough to be on of the ones they allow to withdrawl. wherever you may be from you get your money. You dont understand where Im coming from because you can have your money at any time. I finally built up a roll online after lots of reading and practice and I am ready to put it onto a live game and now they are refusing to give me my money back. I'll live without the money no doubt. It just upsets me because I used to be a poker advocate. Now I am on the other side of the fence. does a casino cashier tell you come back in 3 months to cash out? no a legit business will do it right away. there is NO excuse to take that long. I dont care how backed up they are there is no excuse. this is a scam and you are too stupid to understand that. I will not get my money from them I already know

Yeh man im going to take your advice there i think, its like i get where he is coming from i always feel its poor when they instantly take your deposit but then process withdrawels for ages, but if you think about it when you deposit your money it doesnt instantly go to there account they loan you the money untill there banks process it so you can play immediately.
BUT he just doesnt listen to reason so i will take you advice.

No we don't understand. Full Tilt still owes me over 1k, so I know how it feels, but I really doubt they are trying to intentionally screw you over. You also should have realized the risks before you started to build a roll on any site in the U.S. The poker climate obviously has a lot of problems right now and I'm sure it's not easy for any site to still do business in the U.S. Give it time.

bottom line is they should have told me you aren't allowed to withdraw when I signed up. intstead they decided to keep that a secret until I asked to withdraw and now all of a sudden their "24/7 support" is not available and hasnt been for over a week. that sounds like a fat scam to me

Depositing/withdrawing from the U.S. is illegal- bitching about this when you are fully aware of the situation is like bitching that your pot dealer is a sketchy dude who is always late and shorts you every time.

It should be legal but its not so if you want your pot/poker you have to deal with the realities of a grey market.

Also saying that sites need to be legit before poker can be legalized is like saying your pot dealer has to sell pot legitimately before it can be legalized....

if you send emails to support in this kind of tone im not surprised you dont get a reply :rolleyes:

pretty sure OP was warned about withdrawal delays before he even figured out how to make an account at Merge. i remember cause i tried to help him in that other thread while he was busy writing endless posts about how everything confuses him and sucks and and wherein other people speculated he was a troll cause no real person complains this much and whatnot.
