I think they can all be pretty loose. I'd say just pick a room you like. I thought belagio staff was kind of arrogant. I love aria. Played the 1-3 game a lot last trip. Haven't been to Wynn but here there are plenty of rich people donating $.

yeah they are all fairly weak. i stayed at mgm so clocked most hours there. was pretty soft man, occasionally a few decent solid locals would come sit down and some of them were pretty good

what is 1/3 they play it at my local casino in the uk and i just thought it was some weird uk fail.

Vegas was a blast!! played a few different rooms, including:

Monte carlo:

first night, very loose! only ran into 2 opponents who were differing their strategy vs different opponents, most players here were just playing there hand vs the board

second time i played here was during the day on sunday, which was also very loose, pretty much got drilled right away, flopped top 2 from UTG with KQs board KQ6 2 clubs, bet pot got raised frm 1 player IP called who id seen earlier the previous time i played here raise a gutshot, donked pot to a blank turn because that was about 75% of what he had left and a called and the board flushed OTR and he only had 31 left into a $380 pot obvi had a flush but was an easy call and then went completely card dead after that for about an hour.

gave up early to make it for a dinner reservation in the cosmopolitan hotel at STK which is a new restaurant and by the way is totally amazing, the steak was incredible and huge to boot and i only got the medium size Bone in Rib Steak! The steak dinner ran us into about a $250 bill with a couple cocktails which was pretty good i thought, our server wasn’t the greatest but im sure he is probably just a weak link in the team, everybody seemed to be well on top of their jobs and to dos, water was filled without question regularly and all that jazz, the music was good and not too loud you couldn’t talk but loud enough to make the place feel quite alive.

Anyway back to poker:
Aria:
The game i joined in the Aria poker room was pretty decent, again not so many regs, 1 hand i played i had AJss on BTN and a couple limpers, CO raised (who seemed pretty loose agg but hadn’t been there long enough to really decide if he was good or not) so i 3bet IP to about $17 all folds and he called.
Board flopped Q94 2 spades, villain donked about 30 i raised to 70 and he called
Turn brought a 2d to the table, check, check
River brought Kd villain check and i had about 160 left and pot was about 185ish and didn’t insta jam but i jammed and he called and turned 64cc
I just feel i had to keep running my bluff after i semi bluffed OTF maybe i should have got away, i just felt that he could fold some sort of Qx combo he may have called OTF or some weaker paired FD.

Planet Hollywood:

This was probably my favourite place that i went to play out of the 3, i played here for the longest out of all of the sessions that i played but still had to cut it short having to be somewhere at a certain time, nothing too amazing went down here, i just liked the feel of the place, there was what seemed like 2 regs at the table that were probably friends, seemed like it anyway, ordering shots for people who were obviously here on vacation, getting them saucy and taking there $$$$ lol it was good to see.
All in All:
All the games i played were 1-2 NL
I pretty much kept to myself the whole time at all the poker rooms got social with the people who i thought were going to give up their chips the easiest and refused to take the shots from the regs and pretty much stayed clear of them in general unless i was strong. I also made sure i wasn’t drunk or drinking while i played, i did have a beer at each table that i sat just to relax me a little. It was pretty much what i expected to see in Vegas! And had an amazing experience even though i walked away minus a few $ but hey thats the game we love to play and its the nature of the Beast!!!!
I also had organized with DC member Soleztis to meet up and play but i had so many things going on it was hard for us to match up our schedules to meet up and play, hopefully next time we will make this happen.
I`m definitely going back and can`t wait to sit at the tables again in Sin City, hopefully next time have more time aside to play poker but i always try to treat the things that are more important in my life to come first, my amazing girlfriend is one of these priorities

Sounds like a good time. Depressed because this is week my wife and I have gone the past few years, but ran into different priorities this year.
