So I haven't heard of this site before, but I saw a commercial for this poker room called america's cardroom. I guess it's what Doyle's room used to be, but you can still play cash games, s&g's and tournaments, and you can deposit/withdraw whenever you want. Anyone know what the deal is with this site because it seems like they must have some legal loop hole or something if they're advertising on American TV.

Not sure what the deal is with the site. I downloaded the software, but I haven't deposited. Site seems to have ok traffic, by US standards. My advice is the same for any site, if you are an American - be prepared for the site to shut down, and to lose your money. Don't deposit more than you are willing to lose if that happens.

Last I looked (a few months ago), they were on the Yatahay network.

Lots of aggro donks on this site to exploit from my experience, never before have I played at a site that is so full of extremely aggressive players. Can be very profitable, but higher variance, and also most tables are unfortunately BBJ. I didn't realize they were airing commercials, but that would certainly explain why their traffic has been noticeably boosted lately.
Overall, it's a pretty good site. Software is ok, and tournament guarantees are rising steadily (having a 1/4 million rebuy tourney next month), plus there is a new VIP system in place that 2p2 members have said is comparable to the old Stars system (I have not verified this since I am a flat RB player):

Seems cashouts are pretty quick and hassle free. After looking over the 2p2 thread on them.
Is traffic similar to Merge, anyone know what the PLO tables are like ?
Do not want to DL site until I get a RB deal, so can not see tables.
Any info would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance.

Omaha tables are pretty low traffic, but I'm not that good at Omaha, so I can't really speak to how soft they are. Traffic is much less than Merge but definitely not bad, it's around that of Cake network.
It looks like you can still get their 27% flat rakeback if you sign up through an affiliate. If I were you, I would sign up quick, since they just introduced the VIP system like a week ago, and will probably be scrapping rakeback soon. They have already said that if you are RB, you will have the option to switch to VIP, but you cannot go from VIP to RB.
