Wow, i didn't expected this to be so good, motivational and aspiring. Also would like to see how to put this things into practice...

I can tell you that a video course specifically on these drills is already being produced. I don't think it'd be appropriate for me to say more here on DC, but the three drills you mention will receive a very heavy emphasis as imo they are the core and can be implemented almost daily. G as well as others not mentioned in the OP will be added, but E, F, and much of H will not be included as many others have done a great job of covering these topics in depth already.

Is there any more news on the video course, i.e. is it out yet
