Andrew, this may seem a stupid question (and in all likelihood is) but is Canada considered US or non-US for ordering the paperback?

I'm pretty sure it's considered non-US. If for some reason the shipping is the same as the USA, I'll refund the extra money.

I believe it will be about 2 weeks from when it leaves my house, but international shipping can be tricky. I will keep everyone updated, though.

Do you know what kind of insurance your shipping offers?

lots of mail leaving the states gets held up for ages ive had things ive sent from the u.s and sent do the u.s that have disappeared for three months + then got to there eventually.

I will confirm shipping speeds on Monday morning. If you want expedited shipping (faster speeds) I'll let you know your prices/speeds.
Of course, it may be cheaper at that point to simply cancel your preorder and order from amazon directly. Either way, I'll work with you to make sure everything works out.

okay sweet i know amazon charge $5.50 for books to be sent to Europe or at least that's what they charged me for the UK for a much bigger and heavyer book that this. It kinda surprises me that it would be 7 dollars shipping for super slow shipping of a book the longest international shipping on USPS have on international shipping is 10 days 7 dollars sounds a bout right for the lower priority shipping that they offer obviously could be wrong about this.

disclaimer: i no longer coach or really play poker anymore whatsoever, and i have not been in contact with andrew for a long time, probably since our episodes of coaching tree 2. i have not read the updated version of easy game.

that said, this is the best $60-70 any poker player could spend, at any stakes. the original volumes 1&2 were amazing, and cost over 20x more if i recall correctly. i could be wrong: i was on the baluga team at the time of release so i didn't have to pay. regardless, no matter what limits you are playing this is a STEAL.

there is a ton of content for the price relative to coaching. if i were still coaching i would make every one of my students buy this before i would even consider accepting their money myself. i would recommend watching the coaching tree and using easy game as a reference, since that series was essentially andrew coaching me through the text without me realizing it at the time. of course the book provides way more content...much more than 8 hours of video could. i now realize that some of the earliest coaching i received from andrew (2006-2007) was based on knowledge that would then make its way into this book.

my favorite thing about andrew's theories is that they provide a fairly complete system for analyzing decisions, and are logically consistent while remaining simple and easy to understand. once you understand some poker math and start to develop reads, not only will you crush fish, but you will also begin to exploit regs as you realize their theoretical mistakes and devise strategies to defeat them.
