Dog gets dropped from CR

I wonder if 'multi accounting and account sharing that is very common in high stakes' was just one of his super frequent bullshitting attempts to make him look less bad or if it's true. I hope for the former

Ugh, what is it with Americans and the "multi-accounting" non-sense, maybe it's a Full Tilt Poker/Poker Stars thing but most if not all European pros have multiple accounts on the same net work from different skins and it's standard practice to create new accounts or change your account name regularly to avoid data mining.

This is just another reason why everyone should have anonymous, randomly generated screen names every time they log in. Stop identifying yourselves with your online handle, for fuck's sake.

It's when multiple accounts are being used for the wrong reasons. Also, in Dogs huge statement, if it's "standard practice" and not a big deal why does he apologize and say he knew what he did was wrong?

Honestly, I have no idea other than American people seem to think having multiple accounts on the same network is a sin against poker. Unless he was playing multiple accounts, simultaneously from the same IP address on the same table I don't see the problem.

Having multiple accounts on the same network from different skins does not violate the site's terms of service. Playing on someone else's account does.

Fair enough, not that you can stop it and that you may as well accept it in the Team Viewer world we live in.

I hope you're both kidding

If it turns out he is a victim of Girah (as I expect), then I'd have him back.

Multi-accounting on sites with multiple skins (it was Ipoker that came up) is a different matter to multi-accounting on single-front sites like Fulltilt or Stars. Of couse, if he's multi-accounting on other sites, that would be different.

IMO.

I believe it was on the Merge network - unsure if that makes a difference really. Its not like he created another account on another skin. He logged in to someone elses account to use it - which Im pretty sure is against all sites ToS.

Plus the haphazard way of doing it makes it seem this is just an accepted practise and perfectly ok. This probably happens more than most of us know. Also, DiH doesnt come of looking very well throughout this fiasco really.... And I like DiH as far as a poker mind goes.

I completely agree. I think it's far too early to judge one way or the other really. So really I should change my short, troll-like statement to something along the lines of "I hope you're kidding about wanting to do anything this early"

It doesn't take much reading between the lines to see that there are very few "benefits' of doubt that can seriously be attributed to the doggie head. Actually in this case it leads to much more suspicion.

Agreed WOT I think it looks terrible for DIH especially considering his history. I just learned he only had 5% of himself when he said he was hacked and his opponent could see his hole cards. The evidence just seems to pile up. As I described the situation to a friend earlier it's like 100 piece puzzle missing 15 pieces, it just doesn't add up.
