Thank you! :-)
Saibot outlines the full series and begins to talk about goal setting and preparing the proper mindset prior to a session.
In this series Saibot will be covering aspects such as: Goal-setting, how to increase your learning curve, productivity/putting in more volume and other essentiel "meta-game" aspects. The series will also contain some interesting/in depth HH reviews where Saibot will describe advanced NLHE concepts.

Thank you! :-)
Great start of the serie! I will definatly start working out more and maybe continue training with my floorball team even that I don't wanna play matches anymore.
Also fun with a scandinaivan videomaker! ![]()
the video is all screwed up for me in the first two episodes, both the online and the download
the rest of the series seems to work fine though. i really don't wanna start at episode 3 and miss out on the information in the first two episodes ![]()
Whatup Saibot.
Hvor er det cool, med en dansk coach på DC!, som endda lægger nogle meget spændende emner op, som jeg er sikker på vil hjælpe mig til at "approche" mit poker meget bedre og mere udbytterigt.
Props herfra ![]()

Well done, great video!
I really liked this video, all of the things you talk about are undisputedly more important then raw skill.
The chess reference was excelent, although i thought you were going to say preparation.
The way that all the top chess players prepare for matches, by studying their oponnents playng style and tendencies such as : Favorite opennings, middle game and end game strategy, and creating counters of their own.
That being said i think the younger generations myself included, are prone of making quick decisions, rather then slowly and rationaly deducting all of the factors in the hand, and using the time bank for all it`s purpose.
Sports, eating healthy and all of the above, are also of huge importance for being successful i think in any field in life today.
Great video, thanks.

You identified this very well. I recognize this behaviour for myself; instant decisions and checking my HM every 30 seconds.
P.S. I misread your 3rd point as "Taking a joint with a poker buddy". I guess that's one way to warm up.
This should be more one of the "cooling down parts" of your session ![]()
