Really looking forward to this!
Saibot outlines the full series and begins to talk about goal setting and preparing the proper mindset prior to a session.
In this series Saibot will be covering aspects such as: Goal-setting, how to increase your learning curve, productivity/putting in more volume and other essentiel "meta-game" aspects. The series will also contain some interesting/in depth HH reviews where Saibot will describe advanced NLHE concepts.
Premium Subscribers can download high-quality, DRM-free videos in multiple formats.
Really looking forward to this!
I like the off the table stuff=money earned, I always know what things are good for me but putting a specific money value on them is just awesome.
And now when I have sexy time with my GF I am actually getting paid! I'm such a slut
Oh and Saibot unless you planned all eps already can you dedicate one to neurotransmitters plz?
Really good idea. I need to renew my subscription once you have all of these available so I can watch the entire series.
Thoroughly enjoyed this, looking forward to the rest of the series. While many of the ideas are available in other series, there are some twists I hadn't heard before/thought of before, some ideas I hadn't heard applied to poker specifically before, and the presentation is very well done.

What about background music (like trance)?
Also Saibot, you mentioned smart goals, what are good medium to long term goals in poker?
I find that with working on specific concepts like 3betting, playing from blinds...is either short term or it changes a lot and it's hard to put it down as a measurable time bound goal.
Likewise, money goals you just don't have any control over.
And being better than villains, not tilting, etc, is just not specific and measurable enough either.
really really good video after I just dumped 1.5K last night due to tilt.
I was not able to make some fold that i normally would if i was playing my B+ game...
Thx for the infor, can you tell us more about the things you can do to untilt yourslef after you are tilted.
Thank you again.
Nothing new, yet but nice reminders. Looking forward to the rest.
Your blog/site doesn't work btw. Just a message saying it will be up again next year due to maintenance.
Looking forward to this

"Why you guys always go to google for pics, take a snap of yourself, who doesn't have a webcam or a camera phone thse days"
Hehe, good point. I will do that in the future
"So how do you stop being upset?"
I will elaborate on that further into the series
"What about background music (like trance)?"
I def. think that background music can be a good idea. I would not see that as a distraction.

I am not sure I understand your question. Can you maybe try asking it in another way?

@chewchew/Code
I am at the moment working on some upgrades to my blog. Therefore it is not online right now. It will probably take
some time before it is up and running again.
