Aye, you forgot to mention some import data Wilt - the opponent was 83/39 stats loooooool.

But seriously, great flop call, when he check raises a dry flop I think it's maybe a bluff or a monster

He checks the turn which brings a flushdraw, that pretty much says he bluffed the flop.

A check raise on the river can only be air. He's happy to check raise but not to bet out and protect his 'hand'.
