That's the patch that cafe press offers. Looks like it can be sewn or ironed on. I'm still not sure if it's worth ordering a bunch and handing them out though. I worry that people won't take the time or want to actually apply them via sewing/ironing. This makes me want to possibly order some small buttons instead, but I like patches way more than buttons so idk. Thoughts?

Good point. Go for buttons then. Its probably easier to get on and cheaper to buy. I would go for a bigger size button (small one is too tiny imo) if you want to be seen Smile Dont forget to take pictures while promoting BI2G and upload it on the main website. If you can even have a picture with a famous poker dude showing off a Tshirt or something, that would be really sweet !

Tecmo just tell everyone the chicks will dig it. I'm sure most would be willing to have it hot glued onto their bare chest if need be.

Didnt order apparel/buttons yet, but did order business cards. Im still trying to decide what would be best. I might order some buttons, a few patches, and a few shirts just to have a variety.

Mo money mo loans:

Young lady in Nicaragua using a loan to purchase domestic appliances to fill back orders, basically money in the bank.

Gentleman in Columbia taking out a micro loan to expand his inventory of affordable cell phones.

Side challenge: What's the over/under that I loan out my entire FTP bankroll before they actually release it back to me? Sigh. . .

New June Challenge:

Let's grow our Lending Team!

If you're making new June loans, send a Kiva Giftcard to someone you know (friend, family member, etc) instead (or in addition!).

If even half of the BI2G members invite someone we'll grow to over 70 people; that's awesome!

How do Kiva cards work you ask? Good question. Here's how:

Login to Kiva and select "Gifts" on the top right (or click [url=http://www.kiva.org/gifts] here). Choose how you want to send the card (email, snail mail, or print it at home yourself). Then send it to someone. You can send $25 cards to a friend. That friend then creates a Kiva account, joins our Team, and uses the card to make their first loan. Our team grows, you've shown someone you know how cool this is, and someone out there gets their loan filled.

As Scotty Nyugen would say: it's win, win, win, baby!

I'll start the ball rolling with a card. Embarrassing story: I invited my mom. Awesome story: now she's a part of the team and lending!

Great idea Luke!

Also, I talked to Annie Duke and she is going to join our team and make her next Kiva loans through us!
