I've been playing poker since I was 14, I clean up my friends from home, but I want to start moving up in my skill level.

I've been playing online for 4-5 years but haven't gone anywhere ... Time to make a change and rip it ! Tilting issues i have to fix and confidence in my skills. One step towards that is gym and healthy eating, regular sessions, reviewing hands and learn.
