I've recently done an overview of my last 60k hands at 10NL FR Zoom by positions and to my amazement I was losing a very significant amount of $ from the blinds , -27bb/100 from sb and -58bb/100 from the BB - I never lost that much from the blinds before( before i had like -25bb sb and -18bb at 6max, not that good but certainly not that bad either) especially not from the BB so I was really surprised - in total, the blinds lowered my winrate by 13bb/100.... I don't think that it's a result of bad variance - it has been a bit swingy lately but it has gone both ways so I can't really complain about anything
My question is what do you guys think - how should I approach this problem? what video series would you most recommend me to have a look at ( I'd prefer fresh material like a year old, year and a half at most )
thank you

If you just folded every blind you'd be -100bb/100 from the BB and -50bb/100 from the SB position.
Assuming player skill is the same you are meant to lose more money from the blinds in a FR game as compared with a 6max game. This is because there's more opponents at the table who can pick up premium hands when you are on the blinds.

I don't see that as losing money. As shuttle said, if you fold every hand on blinds you will lose 100bb/100 from BB and 50bb/100 from SB and you are losing aproximmately half of that values. That means you are winning something as 50bb/100 from BB and 25bb/100 from SB. I don't think it's that bad. But maybe you can get positive values in these positions. I can't help you about what series to watch. I'm not a subscriber memeber since black friday :l

Looks like you're doing well to me!
While I can beat these rates at normal 10NL FR, playing Zoom, IMO would be better to just stick with your current strategy than trying to eek out a few more bb in a losing spot... and just get to more hands where your win rate difference will be stronger in better positions.
In other words, if you weren't playing zoom, then maybe you could spend some time trying to improve a few bb's (but your WR there is decent IMO anyway) - whereas playing zoom, your opportunity cost won't be worth it.
