PC World reviewed our social networking activism (http://www.pcworld.com/printable/article/id,248702/printable.html), rating us very favorably and even mentioning our effort alongside Arab Spring and other world events of great significance. We're clearly having an impact, so let's all keep this up!

The Senate Indian Affairs Committee will be holding another hearing on Internet gaming on February 9th. Let's all continue to tell the committee that we want them to support our right to play! These can be done in just a couple of minutes, so thank you for participating!

- Let's send the Senate Indian Affairs Committee members + Sen. Reid and Sen. Kyl these NEW prefilled, editable tweets: HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE, and HERE.
- Let's send House Commerce, Manufacturing, and Trade Subcommittee Chair Mary Bono Mack (R-CA) and House Energy and Commerce Committee Chair Fred Upton (R-MI) these NEW prefilled, editable tweets HERE and HERE, and let's post and like pro-poker comments on their Facebook walls HERE and HERE.

- Now that we've had a few daily actions where we've posted on the Facebook walls of all the Senate Indian Affairs Committee members, let's go back to like all the pro-poker comments: HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE, and HERE.

Please reply in this thread with tweeted, done, etc. to encourage others to participate. The past 137 actions have generated triple-digit participation, so let's keep it growing. Thanks!

--------------------

If you wish to do more today, let's continue to reach out to the House Energy and Commerce Committee via Facebook with respectful requests for them to hold a markup for HR 2366. Simply like the pro-poker posts and make a short, supportive post of your own. When commenting on preexisting posts, please be sure the post is appropriate for pro-poker comments. For today, let's start telling the Payroll Tax Relief, Unemployment Insurance, and Medicare Physicians Payment Fix Conference Committee to look at online poker as a possible revenue source.

The committee needs to resolve this by the end of February, so the timing is perfect for us. They need funding, which also works for us. And, if they don't act, we still benefit by the effort itself, as the members of the conference committee are leaders in the House and Senate!

These take just a couple of minutes each, so thanks for participating:

- Let's send the Conference Committee members + Sen. Reid & Sen. McConnell tweets urging inclusion of federal online poker legislation: HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE, and HERE.
- Let's post and like pro-poker comments on the Facebook walls of Conference Committee members Sen. Baucus and Sen. Crapo HERE and HERE.
- Let's tell Mitt Romney what we think of his anti-poker statements (read more here) on his Facebook wall HERE.

Please reply in this thread with tweeted, done, etc. to encourage others to participate. The past 144 actions have generated triple-digit participation, so let's keep it growing. Thanks!

Payroll Tax Relief, Unemployment Insurance, and Medicare Physicians Payment Fix Conference Committee Members:

-Senate Republicans: Jon Kyl, Mike Crapo, and John Barrasso
-Senate Democrats: Max Baucus, Ben Cardin, Jack Reed, and Bob Casey
-House Republicans: Dave Camp, Fred Upton, Kevin Brady, Greg Walden, Tom Price, Thomas Reed, Renee Ellmers, and Nan Hayworth

The Senate Indian Affairs Committee will be holding another hearing on Internet gaming today, and PPA Board Member Patrick Skallagrim Fleming will be testifying! Let's all continue to tell the committee that we want them to support our right to play.

Let's also continue telling the Payroll Tax Relief, Unemployment Insurance, and Medicare Physicians Payment Fix Conference Committee to include online poker in their discussions. The committee needs to resolve this matter by the end of February, so the timing is perfect for us. These take just a couple of minutes each, so thanks for participating!

- Let's send the Conference Committee members + Sen. Reid & Sen. McConnell NEW tweets urging inclusion of federal online poker legislation: HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE, and HERE.
