Hello FullTilt,
Previously Chris was helping me with my issues. I am wondering what is the current status of my account?

Thank you,
Spencer

Hello Spencer.

After a thorough investigation, we have determined that you are closely associated with players who are guilty of fraudulent activity on Full Tilt Poker.

We have determined you are associated to with player due to one or more of the following parameters:

*Accounts have logged in from the same computer/IP address.
*Transfer of funds between both accounts.
*Similar information on accounts.
*Shared payment processors.

For security and privacy reasons, we are unable to release the names of the associated fraudulent players.

Full Tilt Poker has zero tolerance for fraudulent activity. To protect our players and maintain the security of our site, we have permanently closed your account.

Chris

I am sorry but who? I was not aware that I was associated with such player.
Is it possible that there has been a mistake?

My friends/roommates used to play poker so we would have logged in from the
same computer/IP address, transferred money, and had the same address. I
have talked to them both over the last year and neither of them have been
playing poker at all. I am sure they were not involved in anything bad!

Thinking back there is one other player that played at my house once(and I
would not trust him very much), but I do not think we have transferred funds
although it is possible. It is also possible that I have transferred funds
in which the communication was done via an online forum, but I would have
only transferred funds and not done any of the other activities.

Really I am sorry to keep asking but I like FullTilt and want to do whatever
is needed to keep playing there.

Regards,
Spencer

I am sure some people have gotten these turned around in the past but it seems that they are not even reading my emails.

I was emailing them daily for about a month to get my 400$ and account back but they kept giving me the same line something about a pending investigation and that I was slowing them down by contacting them so much. Daily turned to weekly, weekly to monthly, and now 1 yr since last contact I get this......

So what do I do?

I should add I think I had $400 it was so long ago and I was not paying attention so I am unsure.

I had a similar issue. A friend and several of his friends were banned for colluding SNGs and I tried to see if his account would open on my computer. Lo and behold they banned my IP address since I tried to log onto an already banned account.

They have a zero tolerance policy towards colluding, as they should, and there was no way for me to continue to play. I was able to withdraw my money fairly quickly and I now play on Stars. Live and learn.

I have a new IP. Guess it didn't help though as I have not seen this stuff about "associations" until a few days ago, before all they said was pending investigation!

Just sucks.

I really do like PokerStars better by far. Their customer support is A+++ hell they will answer non-poker questions! Seriously try it some time, its crazy.

Could be. Sites that have the traffic like Full Tilt has so many mails of the type you sent that they've seen them all. And they cannot afford either to "change their minds" or re-investigate the case. In other words: they've seen thousands of mails of the type you sent them/

Exactly. That said, when any site, including Stars, says your account is permanently closed then nothing you can say or do, including proving your innocence, will undo that.
