I've only heard that Blood Sweaters (eww) is legendary. It's sort of like if the Loch Ness monster made a thread. Silent awe and puzzlement.

Whoever does this should def get a recorder and tape EVERYTHING! Also vaccum plastic bags to save all items BLdSWtTRs touches. Probably the best thing to do is installing cameras all over the place aswell. Just what he mumbles in the sleep is worth a few k. 4-5 days of complete info could be worth millions!
