Really really good. You can tell how much effort was put into making these videos, they are truly unique. I feel calmer and like I'm thinking more clearly just from listening.

One thing that would make it even better is if you could suggest some practical exercises that we can do to reinforce the content in the video. This might be easier done when you get to the breathing parts and such. But anything you could suggest would be helpful, so that I don't just go off and forget and go right back to my bad ways.

I really thought the musical interludes were a great way to maintain a better focus on the dialogue. I'm pretty sure Tommy did that on purpose Smile, wp.

Very good first episode!
I think this series will improve both my poker game and the rest of my life.
Looking forward to the rest!

I am wondering if it is possible to get some book tips for further reading?

I loved the first episode, thanks for this. Nobody asked questions till now so here is mineL

It's about A-game performance. It would be great to get an answer by the man himself

How do I know before I start a session that I am going to be on my a-game?

Since I am focussing more and more on playing my a-game, it seems I put in less volume each day.
Today I played 1k of hands, while normally I would play a lot more

It seems I am just getting afraid of playing my C-game, or even B-game,
which keeps me away from putting in volume

how do I fix this?
Just by starting to play and quit earlier when I notice I am not really on my a-game?
But isn't that too late?
I read Tommy angelo's book and I like the questions he/you ask him/yourself (alot of /) while playing,
but it seems to me that those questions come up once I have lost some money.
Then I start thinking: Hey, maybe I am not on my a-game.

Again, i have the feeling this is too late because then the damage is done

If I were Tommy, I would ask why it matters how many hands you play in a day.

It's a tough problem with no easy answers. And because it has many sides, a multi-pronged approach makes sense and works best. For example, working on returning to A-game in mid-session is one thing. Another thing to work on is lopping off the C-game, so that when you are in your C-game, it's not as emotionally and financially costly tomorrow as it was yesterday.

A-game is an illusive, deceitful creature. Trying to capture him and hold on to him is a life-long endeavor.

awesome..Is it possible in some easy way possible to convert this so i can listen to it as a podcast? I have only an old classic ipod

You just need some software that will demux the audio track. There are lots out there, depending on your OS. ffmpeg works on most major OSs I believe.
