whats a wet board ??

could someone please tell me what it means... "wet board" and "dry board"

wet board = drawy board (89J with two of a suit)
dry board = no real draws (A68 rainbow)

The more draws possible, the "wetter" the board.

A wet board is pretty much what it feels like 24 hours a day when you mainly play SNGs.

wet board = all cards on board are diamonds and you are using 4 color deck. looks like water imo.
