Not saying this is the case, but maybe you picked up a bad habbit somewhere and it's causing you to continue to bleed??
When I was on my downswing, towards the end I noticed some things I was doing wrong strategy and mentally.
I most probably have quite a few bad habbits. Then again, I've only been playing seriously since October. I thought I knew how to play poker when I started but I noticed that my perception of my game was very wrong. I'm definitely looking at getting a coach once the bankroll lets me... if I don't go broke.

I recently dropped 11k at NL200 and NL100 in 2 months
Wow. Seriously not to be a jackass, but where was your stop loss and what is your br management? Were you rolled for 200Nl but not yet ready skill wise? Just curious the story behind this considering thats about 55 bi's just at 200NL.

I'm currently on a 40bi downswing at 50nlhu over my last 15,000 hands even though I feel I'm playing well and I have pretty good tilt control. I try not to let it get me down because I know in the long run I'll bounce back and this is also helping me understand the variance involved in heads up poker. I'm learning just how important bankroll management is and also mastering how to not let my results affect me when I'm not playing poker. Overall I would say this has been a good learning experience and although it sucks to drop that many bi's it could be a lot worse and I'm just happy that I was playing way over rolled.

i have a pretty low variance game so my down and upswings are pretty small comparatively.
my worse downswing is 10 and my best upswing is 7. i think the difference is that i tilted a bit in the down so it could account for 2-3.
i find it best not to look at holdem manager, poker client cashier, or any results whatsoever while you're downswinging. it only makes you play worse.
i've also stopped looking at the EV graph and only do so once a month. if you're running way below expectation, you just get more and more angry every time you lose when you're a favourite.

There was a lot of tilt there, I was well rolled for NL200, and I dropped to NL100 and continued playing bad. Dropped to NL50 for a little and sorted my game out a bit and I'm now back at NL100

Spewed like 5 6 buyins at 50NL 6max when I foolishly dabbled some random day, but think I lost around 15 buyins at 50 HUNL, I was up like 17, bit soul crushing, first real taste of the bitch that is variance

Assuming you're a winning player, saying your biggest upswing is anything smaller than your net winnings is 'lying' to yourself and setting arbitrary time frames.
never thought about it that way b4. how winning players just have one large upswing. but i measure the upswing from the times btwn significant downswings.
so the upswing starts at the end of a signifcant downswing (ie, not just a buy in lost) and finishes when a new downswing begins.
