So the house I'm about to book for 2 weeks is much cheaper if I book it for a week and I was wondering if there was enough interest for people to pick up the last 2 weeks. Another reason I want a whole month is I might have some other things going on in the summer, and I thought it would be nice to have the place for a whole month and just have some flexibility for when I can play.

I am currently checking on references for the house and will probably book within the next couple days. So far, I have 3 people booked for the first 2 weeks and 1 more who is a "probably" (Starting around the 8th-11th of June, still trying to figure that out with people's schedule). So I am looking more for people to join the house for the last 2 weeks.
Background: I am a 50NL 6m reg on stars and will be moving up soon. This will be my 3rd year in a row being in Vegas for an extended period during the series and I'm 24. Last year, I lived with tokyo, CDL (2+2 names) and a couple others. My cousin is Forcewithme (instructor at Dragthebar) as well if you need a reference to make sure this is on the level.
The other guys that have committed are a MTT grinder, a Cash game specialist (PLO and NLHE) and a recreational player who was a regular at our home games in Pittsburgh with us (He also plays online, but is sporadic with what he plays). If there are anymore questions about the other guys, send me a PM and I'll disclose what I can within reason.
The price should be around $300/week. If all the time slots get filled, it will fall to around $225/week and I will refund the difference. Questions/concerns ask ITT or PM me.

how far is this from the strip/is it convenient to park on the strip?
id possibly be interested because this seems cheaper than a hotel and much nicer but the driving thing might be an issue because i think its expensive to rent if you are under 25 and if its a pain in the ass to get to the strip its not worth not being able to roll out of bed and grind.

I google mapped the place and it is 12 mins away from the strip. As far as if it is convenient to park on the strip I'm not sure. I know I have parked my car multiple times in parking garages over night and it doesn't seem like a problem. The early weeks there will at least 2 people with cars and I will have my car when I am there the later weeks (although my schedule is up in the air so not sure about how much I will be there then). As far as it being a pain in the ass to wake up and grind, I don't think it will be a problem.

ok I'm responding from an iPod so I can't research everything until later but I'm def interested if renting a car is reasonably cheap. What's the traffic like and is the parking free?
This is mdm btw I accidentally logged into my pre coaching acct.

Traffic depends on the day, but the house is right next to flamingo so it is 1 street right to the middle of the strip. I'm not sure how much a car would be in Vegas but I'm sure u can get a deal cause of the economy. Maybe $35 a day?

The landlord just informed me that the house was already booked for the 2 weeks after us so the booking for the month thing is not going to work. However if someone is interested in coming for the two weeks (June 8-22) that we have booked, let me know cause I'm unsure with the last guy.
