Is this a reasonable spot to run this bluff?

Smooth call because the blinds are squeeze happy and I think Villain is likely to fold to 3b. Both Villains seem reg like.

Flop: ($9.50) 8 5 4 (3 players)
BB checks, CO checks, Hero bets $6, BB folds, CO calls $6

I bet after pre flop raiser checks because I think he'd be betting for value if he had something so I think I can take the pot down here.

Turn: ($21.50) T (2 players)
CO checks, Hero bets $12, CO calls $12

This is were I get a bit dicey. I'm thinking he must have a quite a weak hand otherwise he would bet the flop so I might as well go for 3 streets here to take him of his small pp or perhaps f/d.

River: ($45.50) 4 (2 players)
CO checks, Hero bets $25

See above and now I can rep the flush. I'm thinking maybe I little bigger.

Final Pot: $45.50

in general it is an alright spot. not a great one. the paired 4 on the river makes him more likely to catch bluffs, because villain has more likely 2 pair, and well you know 2 pair is harder to fold than one pair.

at the same time you are only repping a flush or a bigger hand, dunno if you bet an Tx here for value and villain knows it.

so i guess it can be alright but isn't the best spot to run this bluff.

your bet sizes are a little on the weak side. i would make them bigger.

You didn't provide us any information about Villain, so I have no idea if this play is correct.

However, I have a question for you. Imagine you have 8 8 instead of AQo. Now please write down what would be your bet sizing on particular streets. And then with a nut flush A Q .
