$100.00 No Limit Hold'em - 6 players - View hand 1809548
DeucesCracked Poker Videos Hand History Converter

MP: $44.82
CO: $40.00
BTN: $110.90
SB: $100.00
Hero (BB): $163.55
UTG: $105.00

Pre Flop: ($1.50) Hero is BB with J Heart 8 Spade
1 fold, MP calls $1, CO calls $1, 1 fold, SB calls $0.50, Hero checks

Flop: ($4.00) 4 Club 7 Diamond T Spade (4 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $3.00, MP calls $3, CO folds, SB folds

Turn: ($10.00) Q Heart (2 players)
Hero bets $6.50, MP calls $6.50

River: ($23.00) 2 Diamond (2 players)
Hero checks, MP bets $34.32, Hero ? ? ?

Pros:
Fish usually don't overbet for value.
Every single draw has missed:
- 65 (16 combos)
- 98 (12)
- 96 (16)
- 86 (12)
- 85 (12)
- 63 (16)
__________
84 combos

Cons
I have almost zero information about this player. Probably a fish (not a full stack), but I don't know whether he is passive or aggressive.
It sucks if he turns into a bluff a hand that beats me (J9, KJ, K9). Slowplayed monsters are also possible.

now way you called and was right. and if you did you are just sick in a good way. I think his range has a lot of pps axs and qx pre. looks like a flopped set to me. he is a short stack so he could fps AA KK QQ too.

Fold. I like your analysis for the hand but first and foremost villain is most likely too passive to over bet/shove enough with worse hands to bluff catch here (if he was on aggro side then maybe).

I don`t like your flop bet into 3 people with MP and CO most likely being weak players who won`t fold easily 2nd pair hands even to double barrels and with weaker players it`s going to be hard to double/triple barrel effectively in the first place with this kind of hand (it would be much better if you had backdoor FD to go along with your Over+GS)

he could be bluffing with a pair type of hand that beats you, well not bluffing but just pushing bet cause we show weakness, even betting a better air hand...betting river you can fold out those weak pair type of hands while still folding out his draws that beat you, also and not be in a thin bluff catch situation...I would rather take your line with a Tx type of hand...

pure spew

Why is it pure spew?
Notes on the villain: (Doesn`t value bet thin, doesn`t give up on the hand post flop, c/r top pair and fd on flop, c/c str8 draw 9/10, c/r turn if he hits, 1/3 or half pots river for value)
When you combine all that i think it makes a reasonable call, plus it`s the micros.

dude. give your opponent a range and pokerstove it. its so simple
do you see the board texture difference in hand of op. do you further realize this is a limped and not a raised or even a 3b pot like in ur case
this hand has nothing in common

Dude, obv every poker hand is different, but the thought process for making this call for me was similar. And of course i gave him a range of hands, and acted accordingly(read my post about my reads on him).If you think my call is super/tery bad then explain it to me, don`t troll me like that, explain why do u think it`s bad, i`m not running away from a discussion, nore am super convinced i made the right play.

none of the above justifies the call.
65s is pretty much the only group of hands you beat.

Yeah I mean he can have flushes, FH's, Ax, etc. for value. Even your read is correct that he 1/2 pots for value, he can still have better hands that are bluffing here. 65s is only 4 combos.
