I see a lot of fish min 3betting like this with aces.I don`t like the shove because he`s 50bb, and u have no fold equity. You are fliping or way behind here, so folding seems like the best option. No value in set mining aswell, unless you were 200+bb deep with btn and co, and sure they would also call.

why do we have no fold equity?

Umm because he only has 40 left, and his small squeeze into 4 players looks super strong.Do you think that a guy who 3b squeezes 12 over a 17$ pot is gonna fold to a shove that only costs him 40$ more to win 116$?

Calling is NOT an option. Shoving and folding are likely pretty close.

well obviously we never have fold equity against the nuts, no matter what size his stack is. if we think hes ever bluffing then obv we have fold equity.

So a short stacker is never 3bet bluffing?

How many bluffs of $12 in a 4-way pot which is already $17 from a 50bb stack have you seen ?

No not like this.He is more likely to shove, plus this guy is prolly a fish, not a pro shortstacker, they usually play 20/40bb max.

fish don't 3bet 10%

if he's a fish 3betting 10%, we have the nuts!

You have different kind of fish. You are clearly thinking about fish as loose passive`s in general, as this guy is an aggro fish with half stack holding min JJ/AA and is clicking buttons like a boss.I`ve seen this play too many times, and 9 times out of 10 its the nuts, believe that.I`m not say saying it`s not possible he does it with worse, but its highly unlikely.

Need more info on his tendencies. Does he squeeze with this sizing always, does he do it less versus 4 people?

I agree with the people who think his range is pretty tight here.

Yeah I'm not sure about sizes etc. No notes on him, which leads me to believe he uses fairly standard sizing so this would be a relatively small raise with 4 ppl in the pot

I'd rather brag about my green line.
