Calling is good too, might even be better against an unknown. Reasons to c/r: he could float or 3b bluff, he could be cbetting pairs <Kx and call w those, will call w worse Kings. Really depends on how often he cbets and bluffs if I call. Not too worried about being behind so just trying to get the most value
