Villain is a 34/18 fish over 97 hands. 25% call open in BB, 38% fold to cbet. Aggression by street is 38/27/50 (perhaps not much use over this sample size). I've previously seen him c/c, c/c, lead almost pot on river with Q6s on a 3d 6h Qd, 5d, Th board, so I know he's capable of taking this line for value. You think we see enough 5x / A2/ random garbage to call here?

He can lead out with many more hands that beats you than a flush.

ya he seems to be pretty crazy, id live to die another day. im folding here 100% of the time you can catch him later.

This is almost always a value bet. 1 pair is never good here, especially given the fact you saw him do this already.
