Preflop
Standard.
Flop
I put him on Ax, gutshots, OESDs and maybe 99/JJ (however, those are way better off x/r OTF). If this assumption is correct, this is a call.
Turn
Now I am up against two regs. The flop donkbettor checks, which means he prob gives up (he would have bet T8, sets and two pair imo) with TP / draw / air. However, there is also a player on the BTN.
He might have some lower Axs, but not sure if he is gonna call one more bet with those.
What is our best move?

Agree with Zach. I don't think there's much value in betting, even though betting gives a little protection and making subsequent streets easier to play.
I still think a bet is +EV, if we assign a range of TP/2P/sets/draws for BB's flop donking range, his turn check eliminates sets and 2P type hands because he is definitely barreling them on this board. What are you going to do when you check and BTN bets turn and river? That makes your hand super hard to play. When you check the turn you basically turn your hand face up. Vs good regulars they will recognize that and destroy you in these situations. You have to think about what's optimal for your whole range in this situation. If you are checking TP, that means you are only betting slowplayed sets/2P in this spot, because you should never be bluffing this turn. I'm going to bet all hands with SD value here and c/f my draws on this turn.
Also, lets say both villain have smaller Ax, just because they will fold those hands doesn't mean it is incorrect to bet. Combined they have 6 outs vs your hand, which is ~12% equity. There is always value in someone folding equity.

What's so weird about button's line? How do you think he plays any 2 pairs, T8s and QTs? Having BTN in the hand makes the turn really tricky, since he probably shouldn't overcall the flop with less than AQ or an oesd. I think turn might actually be a c/f.

Yeah I disagree with those saying that this is an easy bet. BTN probably isn't peeling OTF w AT or worse Ax. T8s got there leaving only QTs for draws that he can have. I'm not saying it is for sure a check, but hardly a clear bet imo.
