My oponet is 3betting 9.5%, which is pretty high especially for the platform i play, so my implied odds are not that good (he wont stack off very often, when i hit a set)

Im really having troubles in such spots! Are there any videos about it or any math Tips?

If oponet would have 3bet 2% or sth like that i would snapcall. I often get in such spots deep and i really have troubles with pocket pairs playin deep!

what about 250bb deep, is it standard to just flat all pps in position 100% regardless of villains post-flop tendencies?

He is cbetting in 3bet pots close to 100%, mostly also fireing 2nd barrel close to 70% in 3bet pots.

Then it is a clear mistake to fold preflop.

100BB is a fold for me, 200BB is a call, also with villans tendencies to fire off in 3bet pots we can call, hit our set and play quite passively and/or bluff some portion of the time. And I wouldn't want to 4bet with 55.

Villan is not really that out of line, assuming you are pretty loose from the CO (at least 25%?) I would estimate his range to be TT+/AQ+ for value and a bigger bluffing range. If he is expoiting you're tendency to fold alot then obviously the bluffing portion will widen. (in which case you could adjust with much more 4bet bluffing/flatting IP - here I would just call)

With that size - yes, it is a fold. Had Hero made it 2.5bb and villain 9bb from the blinds it would have been a call.

It is a super standard call preflop. Now think about his range and think about boards where he won't be happy seeing his cb raised. If he is cbetting close to 100% it is going to suck for him to face raises a lot on a lot of boards 200bb even with a big pair.
