how fast did he call the previous streets, because I guess if he had 33 he'd think longer otf and with Qx that is not a pair+draw (unfortunately rare ) he'd think longer ott I guess

But imo he can have all the offsuit Q9-QT and 33 (guess he'd raise the suited QT+) so I dont think he has enough busted FDs (or better: doesnt do it enough with them) to make this a call

sucks, but it seems like a fold to me, tough his river aggression is huge, quick jam would indicate that it was planned decision right ? nah fish dont make plans for their hands so im not sure what we can take out of his timing (well i see often that when fish improves they like to think a bit), he also can have JT and KQ, so yea i would lean towards a fold
