JJ makes no sense for him to have

i would overcall A8s closing the action three-way or call in the SB had two people called, but i can't really provide any math

lol, was in hurry when I have written this -> obv. JJ is not in his range^^
So yeah, you would have 50% and hence it is indifferent if you jam or not.
Would still not do it b/c AA-KK will call here 100%, QTs imo not.
So there is for me too less Value in shoving compared of taking the showdown and to get from time to time some worthy information.

But yeah, it seems close - maybe at NL100 it is as default ok.

The posts of Improva about GTO have been btw. very interesting.
Still don`t know how to determine a GTO-strategy when there are still cards to come and hence EQ is a matter... - maybe you can it practically only approximate?

I have not looked at the differential equations or even written them down.
In most cases you can make a pretty good estimate.

But you are likely giving GTO too much value. There is much more value in good, solid hand reading.

I wouldn't flat pre, I'd c/r flop, as played river is a shove for sure because it's super tough for the opponent to to have too many combos that have us beat here.

lot of pessimism in this thread

when we have virtually 0 value combos we should be jamming them as a default unless we have a very good reason. ppl bet plenty of hands on the turn and river that can call here. we need him to bet call five hands worse than KK to call here. QTs alone is four, making this breakeven if he never calls worse than a straight.

really easy jam

i'd have folded pre and played flop and turn the same

I like your reasoning terp, it's a shove as a default, but why are you folding pre?

i'm open to persuasion on preflop, but i tend to play pretty snug here in general out of the SB not closing the action. it's really tough to say definitively, but we do have filters in HEM. see how you are doing in this exact spot with an array of hands. it's quite possible i am making a mistake playing too tight here.

Good point. I think most ppl are not looking at their filters in HEM enough. But readless I think you can call here because 1, you have and ace-blocker hand, which decreases the chance of being squeezed (only BB can sqz) and 2. you have a nut-type hand, which have great implied odds.
