opponent in this hand was 27/20 with a 11% 3 bet who does the majority of his 3 betting in position from CO and button.
Should I just c/r the flop and get it in, im sure hell stack weaker kings, but I also think hell barrel air on the turn quite a bit.
That turn was the worst card in the deck prolly. It also really hits my perceived range so I dont think his bet is weak

I'd fold preflop or 4bet bluff. I'd be fine with calling if we were suited, but I think KQo is just too tough oop w/ fairly high reverse implied odds. Both calling the flop and c/raising small to induce some AQ type gutshots to shove seems fine. On the turn I'm not sure what to do, I agree with you that he probably isn't barreling this turn with total air since you have way too many pair+draws. My instinct is to shove over his turn bet, but I don't really have much great reasoning behind it besides the strength of our hand. Since he's probably not folding anything better maybe it's better to c/c and c/c to keep the rare bluffs in his range.

Preflop call is super supoer standard given his wide 3bet range.
Given there are a lot of bad turn cards, which you are unsure about how he will play (ie. will he barrel an Ace,queen, jack,ten,9,8, and blanks) your options are.
C/raising flop and getting it in
C/c down
C/c flop and c/f bad turns
Given his wide 3bet range, you still have some equity when behind and if you havent been 3bet calling/4bet bluffin I wouldnt assume JJ/TT isnt in his range (and probably more polarised to hands like KQ,AK,AA,KK).
Because of that I really like c/c down.
