Ok so again I have little to no info on the Villian, his appearance is 18-0 3b = 0- 51 hands on villian.

-Should my raise be bigger PF?
-Should I always 3b sqz here with Ak vs unknowns...
- Is my line fine here? ( i will also occasionaly take this line with big draws and overs with g/s...)<-is that retarded?

Yeah i think i'd make it slightly bigger pre flop, maybe 17, since there are two cold callers. Betting flop, betting turn is obviously standard but you have the board completely crushed so i actually like your line especially since if these are people you are going to be playing alot then it protects your checking range in spots like these.
Also if the other players are fish it allows them to bet worse hands for protection such as lower pocket pairs which they may have folded to a cbet and you are unlikely to get 2 streets of value out of them anyway.
So nh imo.
