Villain 27/18/3, f3bet 82%. I had 3bet him 4 times this session, he had folded every time.

I won't say too much here, but what's your play? If you bet, what do you do if he raises?

erm.. youre 3betting vs UTG (how tight is his UTG-raising-range?), so your perceived range should be pretty strong. Therefore, on a board like that, you have very few middling hands, but quite a few hands that wanna protect. So, if your range is strong in general (or polarized), you can bet that board bigger with your entire range, and then shove the turn (or not). That also solves the problem how to play your semibluffs (as seen in the hand you posted).
As played b/f sucks, checking kind of sucks, so i would either bet big (like 69) or jam AI.

As a sidenote: With the history you have i think his preflop-range is small-middle-PPs, AA,KK, maybe KQs, KJs, AQs,AJs. on that board i think his c/c range is pretty polarized between made flushes/AA,KK with a heart, or small pairs with a heart. Giving that range, your best play might be to check behind the turn and see what he does on the river.

Jam all in on the turn. You're the only one who can rep big overpair and you got a ton of equity.
