Villain is 21/13/3 (200ish hands). He's been folding a ton to 3bets, so I think it's more value to flat pre. I might also induce a squeeze from someone.

Flop is obv standard. Should I fold turn? As played, what do you make of the river? Bluffing seems extremely unlikely, I'm just considering if he could be valuebetting worse as my hand look a lot like a stubborn midpair.

Your hand is in fact looks like a stubborn PP / weak A, so I really doubt 21/13 is ever valuebetting worse here.

I think I will play it the same and fold the river.

Like pf and flop a lot. Turn is close but I have a hard time folding. River is a fold. He can't ever expect you to fold given the action and that bet size. Prob a good reason to fold.

The sizing on the river is asking for a call, so fold. Although we are at the top of our range normally here, there is no need to call as when he has a PP lower than us, he isnt going to be betting them on the river most of the time.

UTG openR with a PFR of 13, history of folding 3bets pre, 3 barrels, Smallish VB on river... I expected Villain to check the river but once he bet I cant see him with a worst hand.

River is definitely a fold, I think we can safely assume he is never valuebetting JJ here. Sometimes I'd even fold the turn. How aggressive is this guy?
