c/f
you are an UTG raiser and 2barreled a highcard board.
a third barrel will get to fold out everything worse, especially when the flush hit.
he might easily have a FD that he decides to play passive vs your strong range.

Yep, one of those spots where you overrep your hand massively by firing the 3rd barrel and rarely risk to get bluffed with a worse hand if you check. => c/f is the correct play.
if the river bricks, C/C should be a good play right?

depends.
you still repped a lot of strength on flop and turn.
not everyone just snap bluffs a busted FD or something and nearly everyone checks the river behind with a weak Ax or KQs.

I dont expect villain to have alot of flushes here. And you could very plausible have gotten to the river with your entire range. So if he expects you to be checking any hand you were valuebetting earlier except for a flush then your range is pretty darn polarized. Depending on your image and villains paranoia this could be a bet.

but even if we get there with "our whole range" (what we don't btw, for example we never play QQ-88 this way) we still have a pretty strong range, cause we raised utg.
and by betting we still rep a lot of hands: AA,KK,77,55,22,AK,AQss,AJss,QJss,JTss,T9ss,89ss,78ss,Axss
and what hands in our utg range would be bluffing this way?
not too many imo.
he won't call light on the river most often, even if he is capable of knowing that we might not bet medium strength hands.
