I would not be looking to fold this. The fact that he called your squeeze as an overcaller to the pfr means his range is wide made up of 77-JJ, and alot of suited connecting middling and broadway hands. He probably thinks there is a good chance you are lite and will float your cbet a ton on this board.
I would probably go for the checkraise shove here hoping he bets any broadway hand with the Kd. It's also totally reasonable for him to have worse suited aces in his range here. Downside of the cr is he could check back a hand like JdJx or JdTx and could suck out on a diamond river.
Even if he somehow has a flush we still got like 23% equity.

Quite honestly I really can't believe you 3 bet pf, turn trips and want to check/fold turn. Why did you 3bet if you feel this way?
Don't just 3bet because "oh I have aq". Have a better reason, like for value against villains calling range or folds to 3 bet often so I 3 bet wide etc etc. you also posted villains 3 bet stat but that really doesn't have much relevance in the hand considering you are 3 betting villain. A better read would haver been his fold to 3b and even better fold to 3b from utg and a 4 bet stat/range. I wouldnt be surprised to know villain 4 bets ak in this spot. Also have to consider you perceived range for 3betting utg open to a reg thinking player.
so seeing that the ace diamond fell that gets rid of one of one combo of ak. I agree with villain can have pps in his range. I bet turn and probably call it off if shipped on since we still have boat outs.

with your flop betsize you are going to get floated a good amount against an aggro thinking reg. He can rep a lot of stuff here given his pf line including pps, Tx, flush draws and medium strength Ax hands.
That turn card is pretty good for us because it lowers the combination of Ax that you could potentially have, and gives him more reason to make a hero call down. Once we bet we have to call a shove because we have equity when behind most of the time, but more importantly he can be shoving with worse Ax to protect himself and could be bluffing with floats to get you to fold Ax/JJ-KK and air.
