looks more like a fish would play his monster. id play the hand the same way you did, i dont see any alternatives

if he is nitty why are you not probing the flop? i mean even a decently nitty player can open A10 suited and aj granted he folds a lot so our cards dont matter just probe like every flop against him until he reacts.
