So I feel like this is at the very least marginally bad but I don't know exactly when and where I went wrong. should I be 3betting a polarized range here given the depth and the fact that this guy seems to be a solid reg? thoughts on all streets appreciated

river card is pretty aidsy. i guess with the way you set this up you need to jam, since he's getting 3:1 on a call but shouldn't have many hands to bluff with and would be unlikely to bluff you on that card laying these odds.

throw away words like polarized and just think about equity. with slightly deeper stacks, hands that can flop more equity go up in value, since they can stand more aggression more often. think suitedness, connectedness, etc. beyond that, it's a lot of adjustment based on postflop aggression and showdown tendencies. against players who don't effectively use stacks and position, you can continue 3betting a lot of the same hands. hands that you had 3b to 5b jam but that play poorly when called, like small PPs, should probably get tossed from your range mostly. they are basically a pretty big anvil in your cbetting range on many flops.
