How do you like checking back on the flop here? I was also thinking about checking the turn and maybe get some value from pockets or bluffs on the river.

I would definitely bet flop like $9 or something.
Is in line with a bluff (which he puts you on given his preflop 4bet call).
Checking makes it more difficult to get money from JJ-QQ and other random hands. Also betting induces a lot of shoves on flops when peoples equity is highest, and they think tyhey have some Fold equity sometimes.

My first thought was I would check back the flop to induce on the turn, I've used this with some success in the past but not agaisnt this type of OPP.
I'm coming round to the small bet on the flop the more I think about it, what range do we assign villain given his flat pre and given aggression what would we expect his various line's to mean when we do bet small?
