I like flatting his bets to keep his range wide and keep worse hands in. It seems weak, but I think, barring any reads on gameflow and such, calling all 3 streets is fine. If you raise at any point other than the river, you will make worse hands/bluffs fold, and if he has you beat, then you are just raise/folding. So calling seems weak, but fine here.
The real question is, why does he pot it all of a sudden? Have you seen him pot it before? It seems like he has something like KJ and just hit and wants to get paid. Look him up here and you'll have a ton of information on how he plays his hands.

If he's this aggro, and even is he's not that aggro, most are 3betting QQ+/AK/AQ and possibly KJ pre 3-handed to a BTN open. Is there any merit to a turn raise here? That turn obv didn't change much and if he bets again it looks like he has something. He may have expected us to raise flop with any decent ace, and we wouldn't be raising turn with a bare queen. It just seems that it would look like shit/we picked up a draw/don't believe him/want to take him off the hand enough that he'll still call with worse.
I think calling this down is fine btw, something in me just wants to put in a raise on this turn... prob spew

Do you have any history with villain with raising his donkbets? If so obv raise flop and go from there, if not just calldown and yes you can call that river.
and I think raising turn is really spewy w/o history or reads, if id raise, id only raise flop because we have been doing so vs his donkbets a few times or if this was the first time he donkbetted vs him id just call down
