Raised small to isolate the fish that opened. When I get called by the TAG, I put him on a range of mainly pokect pairs. Wasn't sure about bet sizing on the turn? If he shoves, can I ever find a fold as the pot is big and getting the odds....

what if you c/c to induce bluffs. would he float you on this board? he's likely going to just muck 66-77 to another bet no?

I did think about c/c or c/r, and really like your thinking Steve.

But I wasn't overly keen to give a free card as the board got slightly worst. I wasn't convinced that he was going to bet as he wasn't super aggro and may of taken the get to showdown line....

I'm not sure I like checking this turn, plenty of river cards can kill your action if he checks behind.

in most cases (according to my 700k hands of example from nl100-nl1k), when a standard TAG cold calls 3bet ip or op..it's usually TT-QQ. So...this is a really really horrible turn. I probably would go for a c/f mode here. Very tough spot..I don't know what the optimal line would be.

because we are out of position and cant stand a raise we have to check the turn imo.

I think you're pretty much crushed at this point, and it's time to C/F. Of course, he might bet QQ, but it won't be 100% of the time as he doesn't want to get C/R allin, and doesn't expect you to fold KK and AA, and with QQ, he should be slightly worried on this board as well, it's not like he has a lock or anything. Since he would have showdown value and lots of outs, he could very well check the turn with QQ. Almost all the other hands in his range bet and have you crushed.

Given that optimal line is to c/r the flop.

If somehow he has bluff in his preflop range, he will fire and c/f
We also stack JJ,QQ everytime.

As played turn is a c/f
